摘要
目的:探讨OSCE结合Mini-CEX理念在妇产科见习带教中的应用价值。方法:对照组采用传统见习教学模式,实验组采用基于OSCE结合Mini-CEX理念的见习模式,比较两组自评结果及期末测评成绩。结果:自评结果中实验组各项满意率均高于对照组,部分项目差异显著(P<0.05);实验组期末成绩高于对照组。结论:基于OSCE及Mini-CEX理念的妇产科见习教学模式显著提高学生满意度和学习效果。
Objective: To investigate the significance of OSCE combined with Mini-CEX in the clinical novitiate teaching of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods: The teaching model based on OSCE combined with Mini-CEX and the traditional model was implemented in the experi- mental group and the control group respectively. The self-evaluation scale and examination assessment were used to evaluate the effectiveness. Results: The students in experimental group exhibited greater satisfaction to the teaching model and showed higher performance in the final theo- retical score. Conclusion: The teaching model based on the principle of OSCE and Mini-CEX in Obstetrics and gynecology can significantly im- prove students' satisfaction and strength the learning effectiveness.
