随堂评教与系统评教的比较研究

A comparative study of in-class evaluation and online system evaluation

中山医学院在开展随堂评教工作的近三年里已经取得一定成效,对学院加强监督管理体系建设,提升教师整体教学水平方面起着重要作用。同时,教务网上的系统评教作为另一项实施时间更长久、覆盖率和师生了解度更大的评教方式,将二者的数据进行比较和有效性分析,结果表明两种评教方式的得分具有一致性,评分差异无统计学显著性。但随堂评教多了主观题,调查学生对于教师的意见和建议,这是今后教务管理工作和提高教师教学水平中需要更加关注的部分。

Zhongshan School of Medicine has carried out the in-class evaluation system for nearly three years,it played an important role in reinforcing the construction of school＇s supervision and administration system, and improving teachers＇ teaching quality. On-line system evalu- ation, which was put into effect for a longer time, has a larger coverage scale and was more familiar with the teachers and students. Through the compnrison and efficiency analysis between those two evaluation systems, the results showed that there is no statistical difference between those two, but the suggestions column from in-class evaluation should be paid more attention to it.
