摘要
通过对汽化烟道及附件使用寿命的原因分析,查找出并实施了针对性的"提高除氧能力、增加冷却水流量、避免冷却死角"等解决对策。实施后,汽化烟道及附件使用寿命明显得到提高,为提高炼钢产量奠定了基础,同时减少了汽化烟道及附件更换费用,节约了设备备件成本。
Through the causes analysis of vaporization flue and accessories service life,such as ＂increasing capacity of removing oxygen and increasing the flow of cooling water,avoiding cooling blind angle＂ have been implemented.Vaporization flue and accessories＇ service life have been significantly improved,it＇s a basis of improving steel production while reducing the vaporization flue and accessories replacement cost,saving the cost of spare parts.
