专业学会与小学卓越教师的培养研究——近代教育会对小学教师专业发展的推动及其启示 被引量:1

摘要 由学者和一线教师所构成的近代教育会,出于强烈的专业敏感性和对教育事业发展的良知和责任,紧跟教育前沿,创造各种培训机会,提升教师的教育教学素养,举办各种学术讲演,增强教师的社会责任和文化信念,并组织多样化的研究会,强化教师的信息交流和研究意识。近代教育会采取种种措施,在一定程度上提升了小学教师的专业素养和能力,推动了近代小学教育的发展,这对于当今充分利用专业学会培养小学卓越教师,具有重要的借鉴和启示。 The modem educational associations consisting of scholars and front-line teachers, with high professional sensitivity and conscience and responsibility for the development of educational cause, keep up with educational frontier and create various training opportunities to improve the teaching quality of teachers; hold various academic lectures to strengthen the social responsibility and cultural belief of teachers; and organize diverse seminars to enhance the information exchange and research consciousness of teachers. The modem educational associations, through various measures, have improved the professional quality and capacity of primary school teachers and promoted the development of modem primary school education to a certain extent, which has important reference and inspiration significance for making full use of professional associations to train excellent teachers in primary school.
