少数民族地区农村社会组织发展困境及其影响因素研究——以广西龙胜县为例

当前少数民族地区农村社会组织的培育与发展取得了一定的成效,但是仍然面临着数量不多、运作不规范、社会认同不够等一系列亟待解决的问题。鉴于此,必须要有针对性地从影响少数民族地区农村社会组织培育和发展的行政管理机制、治理能力弱和社会环境差等影响因素入手,采取多方面措施有效应对,从而促使少数民族地区农村社会组织健康成长。

Cultivation and development of the current rural social organization has obtained the certain result, but still faces the development speed is slow, the operation was not standardized, social identity is not enough variety dilemmas. Therefore, there must be targeted from the government policy mechanism, influence in national minority rural area social organization cultivates and develops its own interests driving and social causes of the weak founda-tion, adopt various measures to respond effectively, so as to promote the scientific development of rural social organi-zation.
