我国农业企业化经营模式在西藏的适用性思考(下)

农业企业化,即将农业当做企业看待,按照市场经济的基本要求,紧紧围绕经济效益,以市场为导向,以开发农业资源开发为前提,在充分维持家庭联产承包责任制的条件下,推动农业从小农经营方式过度到农业企业经营方式。农业企业化是农村经济发展阶段性概念,是农业产业化的基础和前提,寓于农业产业化之中,贯穿于农业产业化的全过程,没有企业化就没有产业化。农业企业化经营与农业可持续发展是我国农村经济改革实践探索和社会经济发展的客观产物,本文结合西藏实际,从农业企业经营模式,面临的问题及解决措施和对策等多角度对农业模式进行了探讨,提出相应的观点。

Agricultural enterprises is concept of rural economy development stage, is the basis and premise of the industrialization of agriculture, resides in the agricultural industrialization, runs through the whole process in the agricultural industry, no enterprise there is no industrialization. Agricultural enterprise management and sustainable development of agriculture is an objective product of the practice of rural e- conomic reform and social and economic development in china. In this paper, combined with the actual situation of Tibet, from the agricultural enterprise management model, facing the problems and solutions and countermeasures and so on, the paper discusses the agricultural model, and puts forward the corresponding point of view.
