浅谈犬难产的手术疗法

【目的】犬难产是临床常见疾病,也是复杂棘手疾病。为了让宠物畜主对犬难产有正确判断及宠物医生实施犬难产手术有较好的参考。【方法】通过阐述犬难产知识,浅谈犬难产如何能及早发现和就诊;通过介绍成功救治尿潴留并发难产贵宾犬的案例,浅谈犬难产如何开展诊断和治疗。【结果】一旦确诊为犬难产,在药物催产或人工助产治疗无效时,应尽快进行剖腹产手术。【建议】对子犬难产应果断诊治;手术前或手术过程中给予强心补液;术后注意预防、治疗尿潴留和粘连。
