摘要
在柑桔采后贮藏和运输过程中,采后病害导致果实易腐烂和易感病。目前,柑桔采后病害主要通过化学合成杀菌剂来防治。随着消费者对食品安全和环境保护的日益关注,化学合成杀菌剂的使用越来越受到限制,亟需开发新型柑桔贮藏保鲜剂,来延长柑桔货架期。本文综述了拮抗微生物保鲜剂、天然植物提取物和已经被认可的安全化学物质(GRAS)作为新型替代保鲜剂应用于柑桔贮藏保鲜。
During the process of storage and transportation of citrus postharvest, the postharvest diseases will cause fruit be perishable and susceptible to disease.Currently, the main control method is applying chemical synthetic fungicides.As consumers raising attention to food safety and environmental protection, as the limited application of chemical fungicides, which call for developing new storage fresh-keeping agent, to extend the shelf life of citrus.This paper describes and reviews the follows new alternative preservatives applying in citrus fresh-keeping: microorganism antagonism antistaling agent, natural plant extracts and generally recognized as safe chemicals (GRAS).
