法国来华美术类留学生管理工作研究

On the Management of French Students of Fine Arts in China

来华留学生专业的多元化对留学生管理工作提出新要求和新挑战,从法国来华美术类留学生基数小、群体个性强、群体数量逐年增加等现状入手,探讨如何综合考虑欧洲发达国家生源国、美术类专业等因素,从招生管理、日常管理、教学管理入手,提出新时期法国美术类留学生管理的要求和实现管理的途径与方法。

The diversity of specialties of overseas students in China raises the new requirements and new challenges in their management. This paper begins with the present situation of French students of fine arts in China, such as the small quantity, the clear group identity, and the gradual increase of student numbers. Then, it gives a compre- hensive consideration of the factors like the source countries in advanced Europe and the specialty of fine arts. Mean- while, it presents the requirements for the management of French students of Fine Arts and the ways to achieve the management in the new era.
