摘要
结合供给侧结构性改革背景,从劳动力职业英语能力角度,分析了高校培养存在的问题和企业员工的现状及现实需求,提出了满足终身教育、立足高校构建新型职业英语能力培养模式、以企业为核心培养员工职业英语能力、发挥政府作用等途径以提升劳动力职业英语能力。
To promote the structural reform of the supply front and meet the requirements of higher professional tal- ent-training, this paper analyses the existing problems in the cultivation of workplace English ability in higher voca- tional colleges and the present situation of English proficiency of Enterprise staffs and their real-life needs as well. Meanwhile, it comes up with some ways to improve the workplace English proficiency, including stressing the lifelong education, constructing the new-type cultivation system based on colleges and universities, centering on enterprise self-training and playing the government roles, etc.
