“善治”视角下我国新型农村社区治理问题研究——以河北省邯郸市J社区为例

A Study on the New Rural Community Governance in China from the Perspective of Good Governance ——A Case Study of J Community in Handan City,Hebei Province

我国农村社会正在从传统的村落走向现代化的新型农村社区,社区的结构等各方面的变化使原有的治理方式、功能和作用不能有效的发挥,取而代之的是对新型农村社区建设和治理的方法和挑战。本文在治理的视角下,对当前新型农村社区的现状进行总结,从而分析新型农村社区治理存在的问题以及解决对策,以使新型农村社区得到更好地治理,促进城乡之间的统筹。

China＇s rural society is moving from a traditional village to a modem new rural communities. Community structure and other aspects of the original changes in the way of governance, function and role can not effectively play, replaced by the construction of new rural communities and governance methods and challenges. From the perspective of governance, this paper summarizes the current situation of the new rural communities, and analyzes the existing problems and solutions of the new rural community governance so as to better govern the new rural communities and promote the co-ordination between urban and rural areas.
