摘要
学业预警制度是高校对于学业困难学生建立的帮扶机制,其运行的有效性值得研究。通过对某省属普通高校学业预警制度的调查,发现其执行受到前期宣传动员、预警指标设置、预警信息发布、帮扶方法选择和连续性等因素的制约。借鉴过程管理理论,从前期宣传动员、确定预警指标、分类帮扶跟踪反馈等方面提出一些保证高校学业预警制度良性运行的建议。
Schoolwork prewarning system is a kind of assistant system for students with difficulties in the academic work,whose effectiveness of running is worthy to research. By an investigation of school work prewarning system of a provincial college,the author found it had been subject to the factors such as advance publicity,prewarning indicators setting,prewarning information releasing,supporting methods and continuity and so on. From the perspective of process management theory,the author puts forward some suggestions to guarantee the running of schoolwork prewarning system of colleges from advance publicity,prewarning indicators setting,classifying helping and tracking feedback,and so on.
