美国、德国的高校创新创业教育体系较为完善,针对两国创新创业教育循序渐进的发展历程,对其教学理念、教学模式、课程设置、师资组建和支撑保障措施方面的鲜明特点进行了比较和研究。同时结合当前我国"大众创新,万众创业"的时代背景,对担负着培养高素质创新创业型人才任务的职业院校,从理念更新、课程开发、模式创新、师资建设等方面提出了一些具有针对性的建议,以促进我国职业院校的改革发展和创新型国家的建设。

The development of university innovation and entrepreneurship education system in the United States,Germany is relatively perfect. This paper mainly focused on the development of the innovation and entrepreneurship education step by step,the distinctive characteristics of the teaching concept,teaching mode,curriculum,teaching form and supporting measures for comparison and research. At the same time,combined with China＇s current background of ＂popular innovation and entrepreneurship＂of the times,and to shoulder the task of training high- quality innovative talents in Chinese occupation colleges,the paper puts forward some constructive suggestions from idea innovation,curriculum development,mode updating,teacher team construction and so on,so as to make contribution to the reform and development of Chinese occupation colleges and construction of an innovative country.
