On the Cultivation Path of Practical Skilled Talents of Agronomy

农学专业实用技能型卓越人才培养处于探索研究阶段,学科带动是可行路径之一。目前存在教学资源不足、管理体系不全、评价标准不明、实施路径不清等问题。为提高实用技能型卓越农学专业人才的培养质量,需从学科队伍、团队培养、学科平台、学科基地、学科课题、学术交流、学科应用成果推广等入手,全面进行改革。

The cultivation of practical skilled talents of agronomy has been at the stage of exploration and research,with the disciplines- driving as one of feasible paths. However,there are some problems such as insufficient teaching resources,imperfect management system,unclear evaluation criterion,indistinct implementation path,and so on.To improve the cultivation quality of practical skilled talents of agronomy,we should enhance the reform from discipline team,team training,discipline platform,discipline base,discipline research project,academic exchanging,discipline application and commercialization,and so on.
