摘要
随着终身教育理念被越来越多人所接受,学生时代获得的知识已远远无法满足社会发展与自身发展的需要。因此,只有注重学生自主学习能力的培养,才能使他们在完成正规的学校教育之后,还能保持有效的学习。研究采用问卷调查的方式,探讨了二本院校非英语专业生英语自主学习的现状及其影响因素。结果表明,该类学生的英语自主学习能力普遍较低,年龄、性别因素对英语自主学习均具有显著影响,而生源差异对英语自主学习的影响并不显著。
As the philosophy of lifelong education has been accepted by an increasing number of people,knowledge acquired during the school days is no longer sufficient to satisfy the demand of social development and self-improvement. The method of questionnaire survey is adopted to probe into the current situation and other influential factors of non-English majors' independent study of English in secondary universities. It is suggested by the findings that the respondents' ability of independent study of English is generally poor,and such factors as age and gender have significant influence on the independent study of English,while difference in the source of students doesn't have any significant influence.
