优势视角下大凉山特困儿童健康人格教育的培养途径 被引量:3

摘要 四川大凉山特困儿童的心理健康状况令人堪忧,人格发展出现异常。基于优势视角理论假设,摒弃对儿童问题和病理的关注,立足于人本主义的健康人格标准,借助毕摩信仰的力量,以灵魂建构为重心,着力培养特困儿童的人生观、世界观、进取心;遴选民族艺术为课程,以学校教学、校外实践、特长训练为平台,努力构建特困儿童乐观向上的生活态度和自信心;构筑"类家庭寄养"模式,重建家庭支持系统,着力培养特困儿童的自我意识、和谐人际、情感及意志能力;设置"三生教育"模块,以发现自我价值、发挥个人潜能、发展良好个性为目的,培养特困儿童的责任心和生活能力。促使特困儿童的人格健康发展,为适应社会生存奠定基础。 The mental health of destitute children in Liangshan, Sichuan province is worrying. Their personality is developing abnormally. This paper,based on the theory of advantage perspective and the healthy personality standard of humanism,taking soul construction as the centre, abandons concern for children's problems and pathology and focus on the cultivation of destitute children's outlook on life, world outlook and enterprising with the help of their faith in Bimo.At the same time,select the national art as course,and strive to build an optimistic attitude towants life and self-confidence of destitute children based on school teaching,out of school practice and specialty training. Then,build a familystyle foster mode, restart the family support system to cultivate destitute children' s self-awareness, harmonious interpersonal relationship, emotion and will power.Finally,set the "Sansheng Education" module and cultivate destitute children's sense of responsibility and ability of life for the purpose of finding self value, exerting personal potential and developing good personality. In doing so, the healthy development of destitute children's personality can be promoted and the foundation for them to adapt to social life is laid.
