摘要
目的:探讨积极团体心理辅导对大学生人际交往能力的干预效果。方法:在自愿报名的基础上,通过问卷调查的方式从信阳农林学院选取32名被试,分成实验组(16人)和对照组(16人),对实验组被试开展为期8周的积极团体心理辅导,采用人际交往能力问卷进行前后测,对辅导效果进行评估。结果:(1)积极团体心理辅导后,实验组和对照组相比具有显著性差异;(2)实验组在人际交往能力的多个维度上都得到了显著性提高,对照组并无显著差异;(3)存在非常显著的组别主效应和辅导主效应,组别和辅导之间存在非常显著的交互作用。结论:积极团体心理辅导对大学生人际交往能力具有显著的正向干预效果。
Objective:To explore the effect of positive group psychological counseling on college students interpersonal skills. Methods: Based on voluntary registration, through the way of questionnaire survey,32 subjects were selected, and then they were divided into experimental group and control group. Sixteen students from the experimental group received 8 weeks of positive group psychological cotmseling. The Communication Skills Scale is used to test in a before-after way. The purpose is to evaluate the effectiveness of counseling. Results: ( 1 ) After the group coup, the experimental group and the control group have significant difference; (2)The experimental group has been significantly improved in the multiple dimensions of interpersonal skills, there is no significant difference in the control group; (3)There are very significant group main effect and counseling main effect. There is a very significant interaction between groups and counseling. Conclusion: Positive group psychological counseling has a significant positive effect on college students' interpersonal skills.
