Research on Evaluation System for Scientific Research and Innovation Ability of the Tourism Management Graduates

科研创新能力是评判研究生培养质量的核心要素。利用Cite Space软件对相关文献进行高频词汇统计分析,借鉴现有研究生科研创新能力评价体系,在遵循系统完整性、科学合理性、独立个性化和实践适用性四个评价体系设计原则的基础上,以旅游管理学科的理论联系实际、实操性、社会经济灵敏性、学科交叉性等特征为指标依据,构建旅游管理类研究生科研创新能力评价体系。以期对真正提升旅游管理类研究生自身科研创新能力和培养高质量的科研创新型人才具有实践价值。

Scientific research and innovation ability is the core content of evaluating the quality of graduate education. This paper builds the evaluation system for scientific research innovation ability of the tourism management graduates by carrying out a statistical analysis of high frequency vocabulary of related literature with CiteSpace software, drawing on the experiences of existing evaluation systems for graduates＇ scientific research and innovation ability,following the design principles of evaluation system, which are in compliance with the system integrity, scientific rationality, independent personality and practical applicability, and taking the characteristics of tourism management as the index hasis, which include theory with practice, practical operation, socio-economic sensitivity and the nature of cross-sectional discipline and so on. Hopefully it＇s of practical value in improving the ability of scientific research and innovation ability of graduate students of tourism management and to cultivate high quality scientific research innovative talents.
