摘要
情景教学在我国的应用和推广离不开教师角色的转变与综合素质的提升,在实施过程中,教师角色需从传道授业者转变为答疑解惑者、从课堂讲授者转变为激发引导者、从管理者转变为革新者。教师的学科素养、教育教学素养以及教育智慧与艺术等共同决定了情景教学实施的质量,理论学习和实践反思相结合、校内学习和校外观摩相统一以及传统教学技能与现代教育技术三者相配合是促使教师专业素质提升的根本途径。
The application and promotion of situational teaching in our country cannot be separated from the change of teachers' role and the improvement of comprehensive quality. In the process of implementation, teacher's role needs to be shifted from imparting knowledge into answering questious, from a classroom instructor to an inspiring guide,from a controller to an innovator. Teachers' subject accomplishment, education and teaching quality, education wisdom and art dctermine the quality of situational teaching. The combination of theoretical study and practical reflection,the unity of on campus learning and off campus learning, as well as the combination of traditional teaching skills and modem educational technology are the fundamental ways to promote the professional quality of teachers.
