A Comparative Study of National Level Institutional Knowledge Base Services Between China and Japan:Taking CHAIR and JAIRO as Examples

文章使用网站实证和数据分析的方法,比较研究中日两国国家层面的机构知识库服务——CHAIR和JAIRO在信息检索、数据统计等服务方面的差异,进一步分析产生两者服务差异的原因,并从宣传、合作、软件功能开发、政策制定与管理等角度为发展CHAIR提供建议。

By empirical methods and data analysis of the site, this paper analyzed the difference between the national level and institutional repository service in CHAIR of China and JAIRO of Japan about information retrieval and statis- tical data. Analysis of reasons that the difference exists, and to make recommendations for the development of CHAIR from advocacy, cooperation, software development, policy development and management.
