生态经济区对农业生产效率的影响:由黄河三角洲引申

Effect of Ecological Economic Zone on Agricultural Production Efficiency:Extended from the Yellow River Delta

基于2008年黄河三角洲高效生态经济区成立这一准自然实验,利用双重差分法(DID)对生态经济区成立前后(2004~2014)农业生产效率及相关变量进行实证分析发现:黄河三角洲高效生态经济区的成立促使农业生产效率提升6.64%,农民人均纯收入增长5.2%,农业产值也同样提高,并且政策的正向效应自2009年开始不断增强。异质性分析显示政策与粮食作物生产效率的提升呈现正相关。劳动力投入增加、生态技术发展是政策产生利好效应的两种可能渠道。

This article consider the establishment of the efficient eco economic zone of Yellow River Delta as an natural experiment, using DID analyze the agricultural production efficiency and other related variables between 2004 and 2014, founding that the establishment of efficient eco economic zone of Yellow River Delta promote agricultural production efficiency 6.64%, farmers per capita net income growth of 5.2%, agricultural output also increased, and the positive effect of policy has increased since 2009. Heterogeneity analysis shows that the policy also improve food crop production efficiency.This paper found that the labor input and ecological technology development are two possible channels that why the policy produce the positive effect.
