结合十八世纪末至十九世纪荷兰地方政治体制与行政体制变革的背景,对荷兰地方政府文档管理发展的三个阶段进行了综述与分析,通过对相关史实材料的梳理,阐释在法国文档管理实践的影响下荷兰地方政府文档管理在文档登记制度、档案管理方式、整理与分类系统方面所表现出的变化,并进一步论证法国文档管理思想对荷兰近代档案学思想产生的影响。

Based on the background of the local political system and the administrative system reform in the late 18th century to the 19th century, this paper summarizes and analyzes the three stages of the development of local government document management in Dutch. Through combing the related historical materials, Under the influence of practice, the local government document management in Dutch showed the changes in document registration system, file management mode, sorting and classification system, and fur- ther demonstrated the impact of French document management thought on Dutch modern archival thought.
