试论档案价值及其泛在

Trial discussion on the archival value and its Ubiquity

档案价值问题是档案学的基本问题之一,对档案价值的科学认知是正确理解档案、档案价值鉴定,推动档案鉴定乃至全部档案工作顺利开展的重要基础。本文从比较"档案价值"与"档案的价值",研究档案价值的逻辑起点及档案价值的本源三个方面厘清对档案价值的认知,在此基础上从档案价值本源及档案价值表现的广泛性两个方面对档案价值的泛在进行了论证,并提出科学认识、研究档案价值需要从档案的前身——文件开始。

Researching on archival value is one of the basic problems of Archival Science. Scientific cognition of archival value is the important foundation to understand archives, archival value appraisal and to promote it even the smooth development of all archives works. This paper gets down to the cognition of archival value in three aspects which are comparison of ＂archival value＂ and ＂value of archives＂, re- searching on the logical starting point and the origin of archival value. On this basis, this paper demon- strates that archival value is ubiquitous from the universality of its origin and representation. And then put forward the viewpoint that scientific understanding and researching on archival value need to start from documents- the predecessor of archives.
