数字时代个人存档研究框架的构建——从个人存档研究的定位与视角谈起

本文首先从图书情报与档案管理学科角度,对个人存档研究进行重新定位,论述了个人存档与个人信息/知识管理、文件与档案管理、网络信息存档等领域的关系。其次,从个体和机构两个研究视角分析了数字时代个人存档研究的基本问题。最后,从个体、机构两个视角以及个人、文化机构、教育机构、第三方机构四个层面提出数字时代个人存档研究的逻辑框架,并从个人存档价值、对象、行为、问题与策略五个方面阐述其研究的主要内容。

This paper reorientated the PA research and discussed the relations among PIM/PKM, ARM, WA and PA from the perspective of Library and Information Science as well as Archival Science. Then, this paper analyzed the basic problems that PA needed to study from individual and institutional perspec- tive. Finally, based on the individual and institutional perspective, a logical frame of PA research was con- cluded from four aspects： individuality, cultural institution, educational institution and third parties, and the main content of it were described from value, object, behavior, problem and strategy.
