国外档案馆跨界合作模式及启示

档案馆跨界合作是指以LAM(图书馆、档案馆、博物馆)为整体,把档案馆所在的文化遗产行业作为"界内",探求其在文化遗产行业外的合作需求、合作可能性与合作机制。国外档案馆跨界合作主要有"档案数字资源开发合作""档案商业资源开发合作""档案文化艺术资源开发合作""档案教育资源开发合作"等四种模式。其实践启示我国档案馆,应寻求多元合作伙伴、开拓多样合作途径,通过跨界合作更好地提供公共文化服务、参与文化创意产业建设,进一步保障公民权利、促进社会公平。

Archives of cross-border cooperation means taking the LAM （Library, Archives, Museums） as the whole, and the cultural heritage industry including Archives as a ＂sector＂, to explore the needs, possi- bilities and mechanisms of their cooperation outside the cultural heritage industry. The foreign experience of this cooperation mainly includes four modes： ＂archives digital resources development cooperation＂, ＂archives commercial resources development cooperation＂, ＂archives cultural and artistic resources development coop- eration＂and ＂archives educational resources development cooperation＂. Their practice implicated that our archives should seek multiple partners, develop diverse ways of cooperation, through cross-border coopera- tion to provide better public cultural services, to participate in the construction of cultural and creative in- dustries, to further protect the civil rights and promoting social equality.
