摘要
采用金属模具浇注新型ZG20CrSiMn槽帮低碳耐磨铸钢,研究了亚温淬火热处理(QLT)和深冷处理(DCT)复合热处理对其显微组织、力学性能和耐磨损性能的影响。结果表明,与常规调质(QT)、QT+DCT及QLT工艺相比,复合热处理(QLT+DCT)工艺可以显著提高ZG20CrSiMn钢的抗拉强度、韧性以及抗磨损性能。经QLT+DCT工艺处理后的ZG20CrSiMn钢,具有良好的抗拉强度及韧性,这与层片状的细小回火索氏体组织和一定比例的铁素体有关。与QT+DCT工艺处理样品对比,QLT+DCT工艺处理样品具有更好的耐磨损性能。
The novel low carbon abrasion-resistant casting steel ZG20CrSiMn was cast using metal die. Effect of subcritical quenching process(QLT) and deep cryogenic treatment(DCT) on microstructure,mechanical properties and abrasion resistance of the ZG20CrSiMn steel was investigated. The results show that QLT + DCT process can significantly increase tensile strength and toughness of the ZG20CrSiMn steel,compared with the conventional quench-tempering(QT),QT + DCT and QLT process. Excellent tensile strength,toughness and higher abrasion resistance of the ZG20CrSiMn steel treated by QLT + DCT process is directly connected with lamellar-like and refined sorbite microstructure and ferrite with certain volume fraction. The abrasion-resistant performance of the ZG20CrSiMn steel treated by QLT + DCT is better than that of QT + DCT treatment.
