摘要 煤矿大量排水造成重大经济损失和生态的破坏,封堵治理不必要涌水是煤矿绿色开采研究的重要内容。林南仓矿新风井在施工-650井底水窝过程中发生高压突水,突水量达到4.0 m3/min,水压4.5 MPa。治理工程采取钻孔疏水、岩帽加固以及小段高注浆、合理确定浆液配比、间歇复注等技术,解决了钻孔坍塌、高压动水和串浆跑浆等困难,年节约排水费用达300万元,减少了对地下水的破坏,达到了预期效果。 Great economic losses and ecological destruction were caused by plenty of coal mine drainage, so water blocking played an important role in green coal mining. Linnancang mine's new ventilation shaft occurred water inrush event when constructing the -650m shaft bottom drainage, the water quantity reached to 4.0 m3 / min and pressure was high to 4.SMPa. Grouting technologies including drilling hydrophobic, cap rock reinforcement, small pieces of high grouting, reasonable ratio of grout and intermittent after injection had overcame difficulties such as borehole collapse,high pressure moving water, grout leaking etc. The drainage cost would save 3 million per year and it decreased damage of underground water, which realized the expected effect.
