山浪矿5号煤层煤柱留设及支护技术参数研究

摘要 在矿井生产中煤柱宽度和支护参数是对矿井生产两个最重要的因素,为分析和确定山浪矿的合理煤柱宽度和相关支护参数,采用理论分析的方法进行分析。通过理论分析可以找到影响煤柱留设宽度的主要因素,以及影响支护参数选择的相关因素。最终根据理论分析和现场生产实践的经验确定山浪矿的煤柱宽度为15-25 m,并确定了锚杆支护中的直径、长度、间距和排距等。 Pillar width and support parameters were two important factors in coal mine production. In order to analyze and determine rational pillar width and relevant support parameter of Shanlang Mine, theoretical analysis method was used to find main factors of affecting coal pillar preserve width and relevant factors that affected choice of support parameters. As a result, the practice showed that coal pillar width of Shardang Mine was determined as 15-25 m. Meanwhile, diameter, length, separation distance and array pitch of anchor bolt support were determined as well.
