针对药剂消耗偏高带来的选煤成本上升、精煤流失的问题,东庞矿选煤厂对浮选工艺环节进行改进,完善工艺,将调研药剂在各矿选煤厂进行大量的小浮选试验和工业试验,选择适合各矿选煤厂自身煤泥特性的浮选药剂和最佳药剂量,降低选煤生产成本,实现高效浮选。

Based on rising costs of coal preparation and loss of clean coal caused by higher reagent consumption, flotation technology process was improved by Dongpang coal preparation plant and research reagents were used in every coal mine preparation plant to conduct plenty of small flotation tests and commercial tests, which chose appropriate flotation reagents and flocculent dosage to fme coal properties, decreased production cost of coal dressing and achieved efficient flotation.
