摘要 皮带运输系统是煤炭生产过程中重要的环节,为了解决采用继电器控制的煤炭皮带运输控制系统中存在的可靠性差、自动化程度较低等问题,结合现有的皮带输送机安全监测装置技术,通过PLC可编程控制器及PROFIBUS-DP通信技术的应用,对煤炭皮带运输控制系统进行改造。该系统解决了煤炭皮带运输系统的信息孤岛问题,提高了控制系统的可靠性和稳定性,实现了皮带运输的自动化控制及保护。 Belt conveyance system was the important part in coal production. In order to solve poor reliability and low automaticity of coal belt transporting relay control system, combining with available belt conveyor safety monitoring device technology, PLC programmable logic controller and PROFIBUS-DP communication technology were used to transform this system. As a result, problem of information isolated island of coal belt conveying system was solved, reliability and stability of control system were improved, and meanwhile, automation control and protection of belt conveying were achieved as well.
