摘要
以某矿缠绕式提升绞车为例,基于强度和刚度安全性的要求,对滚筒进行静力学分析,建立了滚筒机构的有限元模型,并根据实际工况进行受力分析。通过ANSYS模块对滚筒进行力学分析,得到了抓斗在最危险工况下斗体的最大等效应力和最大变形量的位置,主轴可以进一步的轻量化优化。该结论为今后滚筒优化提供参考依据。
Taking drum winder in a mine as an example, statics analysis of rollers was made on the basis of safety of intensity and stiffness, finite element model of roller device was established and force analysis was made reflecting actual conditions. Based on mechanical analysis of rollers through ANSYS, locations of maximum equivalent stress and maximum deflection of bucket body in dangerous occasion were obtained and spindle could be optimized further, which provided reference for optimization of rollers in the future.
