摘要
煤的全硫含量是煤质检测的一项重要指标,快速测硫仪在进行煤中全硫测定时存在一些偏差,通过分析测硫仪的偏差产生原因,从电解液使用要点、元器件的精准性及仪器气密性、气体流量流速、标准曲线确定、煤样制备称量要求、避免人为误差等方面,提出控制煤质检验全硫分析中的偏差改进意见,以提高全硫检测准确性。
The total sulfur content of coal is an important indicator of coal quality detection; rapid sulfur meter for determination of total sulfur in coal would produce some deviations. Through the analysis of the cause of the deviation of sulfur detector and from electrolyte use points, weighing instrument calibration, air tighmess, gas flow velocity, the determination of standard curve, coal sample preparation weighing requirements, and avoiding human error, etc., the improvement suggestions for deviation in coal total sulhtr content detection were put forward in order to improve the total sulfur detection accuracy.
