摘要
间充质干细胞(MSCs)是一类具有分化为脂肪细胞、骨及软骨细胞等间充质细胞系的成体干细胞。在一定条件下MSCs可以跨谱系障碍分化为神经及神经胶质细胞。MSCs具有免疫调节、抗增殖、抗炎、抗凋亡及抗氧化的特性,此外,MSCs有神经保护和分泌神经营养因子的功能。大量研究证明MSCs移植治疗实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎(EAE)是有效的,具有可观的前景。本文对有关MSCs治疗EAE的具体机制的研究进展进行综述。
Mesenchymal stem ceils (MSCs) are a class of adult cells differentiate into fat, bone and cartilage cells of mesenchymal cell lines of stem cells. Under certain conditions, MSCs can differentiate into nerve cross-spectrum disorders and glial cells. MSCs have immunomodulatory, antiproliferative, anti-inflammatory, anti-apopt0tic and anti-oxi- dant properties, in addition, MSCs have neuroprotective and neurotrophic factors secreted function. Numerous studies have demonstrated MSCs transplantation is effective in the treatment of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) and has considerable prospects. In this paper, about the progress of the specific mechanism of MSCs treatment of EAE were reviewed.
