中医药院校传统保健体育武术拳操校本开发的教学实验研究 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨中医药院校传统保健体育课实施武术拳操教学的效果。方法选取上海中医药大学126名学生为研究对象,将其分为实验班(66名)和对照班(60名)。实验班采用武术拳操教学,对照班采用三路长拳教学,每周3学时,共14周。测定武术拳操和三路长拳的运动强度,并比较两个班级学生的体育学习兴趣评分。结果实验班平均心率为(132.3±4.3)次/min,对照班平均心率为(141.5±4.6)次/min,两组平均心率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验后,对照班学生体育学习兴趣评分与实验前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而实验班学生体育学习兴趣评分明显高于实验前(P<0.05),且实验班实验后评分明显高于对照班,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论武术拳操的运动强度是中等强度负荷,属于有氧运动范畴;中医药院校传统保健体育课实施武术拳操教学,能提高大学生对武术学习的兴趣,与原有的三路长拳相比,在武术教学和阳光体育运动开展中更具优越性。 Objective To investigate the effect of Wushu boxing teaching in the classes of traditional health care sports in the colleges and universities of Chinese medicine. Methods One hundred and twenty-six students in Shanghai Uni- versity of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as research objects, and they were assigned to experiment class (66 students) and control class (60 students). Experiment class was received organized Wushu boxing teaching, and control class was given three-way long boxing. 3 credit hours per week, for 14 weeks. The exercise intensity of Wushu boxing and three-way long boxing was detected and the scores of physical learning interest between the two classes were compared. Results The average heart rate of experiment class was (132.3±4.3) times/rain, the average heart rate of control class was (141.5±4.6) times/min, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P 〉 0.05). After experiment, the scores of physical learning interest in the control class had no significant difference compared with that before experiment (P 〉 0.05), while the scores of physical learning interest in the experiment class were significantly higher than those before experiment (P 〈 0.05), and the scores after experiment in the experiment class were significandy higher than those of control class (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The exercise intensity of Wushu boxing is moderate load, and it is belonged to the category of aerobic exercise. Application of Wushu boxing teaching in the traditional health care sports in the colleges and universities of Chinese medicine is helpful to improve the interest of students in martial arts. Compared with original three-way long boxing, Wushu boxing teaching has more superiority in the martial arts training and development of sunshine sports.
