Ecological aesthetic education aims for harmony between man and nature and answers the cultural needs of ecological civilization. In the transition from industrial civilization to ecological civilization, the importance of eco-aesthetic education has risen rapidly. The idea of ecological civilization is put forward based on the ecological crisis which, in the final analysis, is a crisis of human nature, therefore it is human nature that is key to the construction of ecological civiliza- tion. The ecological orientation of ecological aesthetic education can help to awaken people＇s ecological consciousness and establish the correct ecological ethics, values and aesthetics. It has a substantial significance in the decision-making and imple- mentation of the construction of beautiful villages.
