摘要
由于突发事件具有突发性、不可预测性,常规的实验室检测从样品的采集到样品预处理,上机分析到出报告结果,整个过程需要几个小时,满足不了应急的需要。这迫切要求水行政管理以及环保部门的水质监测队伍,不断探索应急情况下的水质监测手段和工具。本项目在沈阳市辖区内,以便携式水质监测设备在突发性水污染事件应急监测中的应用为主要研究方向,以常规监测结果为标准,开展对不同便携式仪器监测精度的分析。从而掌握仪器的准确度、适用性,达到快速、准确、科学地提出监测方案。
The incident is sudden and unpredictable,routine laboratory test samples collected from sample pretreatment,computer analysis to report the results,the whole process takes several hours,which can't meet the needs of emergency.This is an urgent need for water administration and environmental protection department of water quality monitoring team to constantly explore the emergency situation of water quality monitoring means and tools.The project in the Shenyang City area,with portable water quality monitoring equipment used in sudden water pollution accident emergency monitoring as the main research direction,to carry out routine monitoring results as the standard,monitoring and analysis of the accuracy of different portable instruments,so as to grasp the accuracy and applicability of the instrument to realize fast,accurate and scientific monitoring program.
