摘要
超薄切片机是一种为电子显微镜观察制作样本的高精密仪器,价格昂贵,操作复杂。将虚拟现实技术应用在超薄切片机操作的教学中,研究开发了针对超薄切片机的虚拟仿真教学系统。该系统将超薄切片机进行了真实感建模,并将之设计为可交互操作的模式。为了增强教学效果,采用Leap Motion实现基于手势的交互操作,由此提高了操作训练的真实度;此外,系统的教学流程采用游戏化的手段来进行设计,力图激发学习者的积极性,提高教学效率。
Thin - sliced cutting machine is a high precision instrument, which is used to produce the sam- ples for Electron microscope observation. It is expensive and complicated to operate. In this paper, thevirtual reality technology is applied in the teaching of Thin - sliced Cutting Machine, and a virtual simula- tion teaching system is developed. In this system, the real model of Thin - sliced Cutting Machine is con- structed, and this model can be operated interactively. In order to enhance teaching effect, we use the Leap Motion controller and realize the gesture interaction, thereby increasing the fidelity of the system. In addition, we adopt the gamification thought in the design of teaching process, trying to stimulate the en- thusiasm of the learners, and improve the teaching effects
