摘要
目的探讨甲状腺乳头状癌的超声弹性成像特征。方法回顾性分析5例经病理证实的甲状腺乳头状癌的超声弹性成像声像图，总结其超声弹性成像特性。结果甲状腺乳头状癌的超声弹性声像图评分多在3分以上。结论甲状腺乳头状癌的结节较硬，超声弹性成像对甲状腺乳头状癌的诊断有很大帮助。
Objective To explore the features of thyroid papillary carcinoma of ultrasound elastography （UE）. Methods Retrospective analysis of 5 patients＇ pathological results of thyroid papillary carcinoma was done to summarize the features of thyroid papillary carcinoma of UE. Results Thyroid papillary carcinoma＇s elastograms scores were more than 3 points. Conclusion Thyroid papillary carcinoma nodules were hard, and ultrasound elasticity imaging is of great help in the diagnosis of thyroid papillary carcinoma.
