臭氧活性炭技术对某钢厂废水中污染物的控制研究 被引量:1

摘要 钢铁工业是我国工业用水和外排废水大户,对钢铁工业废水中污染物的控制研究,对保护水资源有重要的现实意义。以山西晋南某钢厂"废水处理及回收利用改造项目"为依托,讨论臭氧活性炭技术对钢厂废水重污染物的控制作用。结果表明,臭氧活性炭工艺对钢厂废水中的有机污染物及金属污染物铁、锰等都有很好的去除效果,对CODMn、UV254、油、Fe2+及Mn2+的去除率分别为68%、50%、84%、83%和63%左右。臭氧活性炭工艺值得在钢铁工业废水处理中推广应用。 China's industrial water and waste water is mainly from iron and steel industries. The control of pollutants in wastewater of iron and steel industry has important practical significance for the protection of water resources. Taking" wastewater treatment and recycling projects " of a Jinnan steel plant in Shanxi as the basis, this paper discusses the control effect of ozone activated carbon technology on heavy steel wastewater pollutants. The results show that ozone activated carbon process has good removal effect on organic pollutants, metal pollutants and manganese in wastewater by iron steel, and the removal rate of COD Mn, UV254, Fe2+ and oil, Mn2+ are around 68%, 50%, 84%, 83% and 63%. The ozone activated carbon process is worth to be popularized and applied in wastewater treatment of iron and steel industry.
