化工企业大气环境风险源信息管理与识别系统的设计与实现

Design and realization of information management &identification system of atmospheric environmental risk sources in chemical enterprises

针对欠发达地区日益严重的大气环境风险事件,以B/S结构为主,采用ACOR IMS 9.2的WEB GIS技术和平台,开发了化工企业大气环境风险源信息管理与识别系统。系统基于公众健康的大气环境风险源定量分级方法,设计并开发了4个主要功能模块,可实现环境风险源申报、基础空间与环境风险要素信息管理、环境风险源与企业分级评估等功能。

An information management and identification system of atmospheric environmental risk sources in chemical enterprises is developed for increasing environment crisis in undeveloped areas,which is based on WEB GIS and used B/S structure ACOR IMS 9.2.According to the quantitative classification of atmospheric environmental risk based on public health,four function modules are designed and developed,which supply the functions as environmental risk declaration,basic geospatial environmental risk factors information management and environmental risk sources enterprise grading evaluation.
