摘要
分别从茶籽仁、茶粕、茶壳三方面着手,详细地介绍了茶油的提取技术及其优缺点,结合市场现状对茶油的开发应用提出期望。对茶粕及油茶籽壳的开发应用进行阐述,指出目前所存在的问题,探讨了油茶产业的发展趋势,期望对今后油茶籽综合开发应用提供参考。
Detailed description of the camellia oil extraction technology and its advantages and disadvantages were introduced from three aspects of camellia seed,camellia meal and camellia shell,expectation on development and application of camellia oil were raised based on the market status. The development and application of camellia dregs and camellia shell were discussed,the existing problems were pointed out,the future research directions for camellia industry were discussed,which provided a scientific guidance for the comprehensive development and application of tea cake resources.
