顶岗实习支教对师范大学生价值观的影响——以忻州师范学院为例 被引量:2

The Influence of Aiding Education on Normal Students' Values——Taking Xinzhou Teachers University as an Example

摘要 采用问卷调查法对433名参加顶岗实习支教的师范生在其支教前后各发放一次问卷进行调查。通过对比师范学生支教前后价值观各因子的得分发现,总体上他们的人际价值观、职业价值观和婚恋价值观发生了显著的变化,同时在各个人口统计学变量上各因子得分也均有显著变化。结果证明顶岗实习支教对大学生的价值观具有积极的促进作用。 This study investigated 433 normal students in the post teaching practice by using the ques- tionnaire on the Values of the colleges. The questionnaire was issued once respectively before and after aiding education. By contrast, each factor score of the normal students' values from the questionnaires before and after aiding education, the result their interpersonal values, professional values and marriage values were significantly changed on the whole. At the same time, the score of each factor also had a significant change in the demographic variables. The results prove that the internship education on nor- mal students' concept of the value is positive in promotion.
