中职教育吸引力提升路径研究——以黔南为例

The Study on the Approach of Increasing Secondary Vocational Education's Attraction——Taking Qiannan Prefecture as an Example

中职教育吸引力是指中职教育依靠自身的特性吸引利益相关者的能力。较强的吸引力是中职教育成为"四化同步"的支柱石、脱贫致富的直通车、社会平安的稳定器、扩大就业的增量池的前提条件。文章以黔南中职教育为研究对象,主要运用调查法对在校师生规模、学生流失率、毕业生满意度、用人单位满意度等开展调查。发现黔南中职教育吸引力不强,原因可能与中职教育质量不高和中职教育收益较低有关。建议通过强化顶层设计、加强制度建设和提升教育质量提升黔南中职教育吸引力。

The attraction of secondary vocational education refers to the ability to attract the benefit-re- lated groups according to its characteristics. The strong attraction of secondary vocational education can not only be the pillar stone of the pour step assimilation and it goes straight through the direction to get rid of poverty and become better off, but also stabilize the society safety and improve the prerequisites of the employment＇s growth. This paper studies on the subject of secondary vocational education by mainly adopting the survey method to investigate the scale and loss of the students at school, and the satisfac- tion degree of graduates themselves and their employer units. The cause of poor attraction of secondary vocational education in Qiannan Prefecture is probably related to the low quality and benefit of seconda- ry vocational education. Therefore, strengthening top-level design, intensifying system construction and promoting teaching quality should be the general approaches of increasing the attraction of secondary vocational education.
