含煤尘瓦斯爆后气流传播速度的实验研究

摘要 为获得含煤尘瓦斯爆炸后产生气流的传播速度,利用研制的瓦斯—煤尘爆炸实验系统进行甲烷、空气混合爆炸实验和不同煤尘参与后爆炸实验,由爆后气流随同火焰传播,获得爆炸火焰在主管路、支路管路的速度传播规律,从而分析煤尘对瓦斯爆炸火焰速度的影响及特点。结果表明:煤尘的参与可以提高瓦斯爆炸后气流传播速度,对比煤样的工业分析发现,挥发分高的煤尘更容易产生更大的气流速度,但灰分对其传播速度起到负反馈作用。 The paper is aimed at an insight into the flame velocity following the explosion of gas containing coal dust. The study is done by performing mixed methane and air explosion experiments and dif- ferent coal dust mixture experiments using gas-coal dust explosion experiment system; identifying the law how the flame velocity behaves in pipe and manifolds after airflow travels with the flame after explosion; and comparatively analyzing the effect of the coal dust on the flame velocity and its underlying characteris- tics. The study finds that the coal dust enables a greater flame velocity; the coal dust with a higher vola- tile matter is more likely to produce a greater air velocity; and the ash has the negative feedback effect on the flame velocity.
