摘要
为探讨菌藻调控技术、底质改良技术及投饵区微孔增氧技术对异育银鲫养殖池塘底泥微生物群落结构多样性的影响,在江苏大丰地区选择3口总面积约42.93hm^2的异育银鲫精养池塘实施以上技术,同时两口总面积约30hm^2的池塘作为对照池,采用PCR-DGGE方法比较分析4—7月池塘底泥中的细菌多样性。试验结果显示,试验塘底泥细菌多样性指数为3.15~3.52,明显高于对照塘的2.20~2.74,表明了三大技术的实施有利于提高底泥中细菌多样性指数,同时底泥菌群多样性指数的平均值与异育银鲫的损失率呈正相关,一定程度上反应了三大技术的联用有利于提高精养池塘生态稳定能力,间接增加养殖效益。
The effects of synergistic bacteria and algae regulation,sediment improvement and balance aeration on water quality factors and microbial diversity in sediments in allogyogenetic silver crucian carp Carassius auratus gibelio culture ponds were studied in three allogyogenetic silver crucian carp culture ponds(a total area of about 42.93hm2),and the other two ponds(a total area of about 30.00hm2)without the methods mentioned above as the control in Dafeng county in Jiangsu province.The PCR-DGGE method was used to analyse the bacterial diversity in sediments in the ponds from April to July.The results showed that there was significantly higher bacterial diversity index(3.15-3.52)in the experimental pond sediments than that in the control pond sediments(2.20-2.74),indicating that the three technicals were helpful to improve the microbial diversity index.Meanwhile,average bacterial diversity index in experimental pond sediments were positively correlated with the fish-loss.That is,the better work was,the higher microbial diversity index in sediment was.To some degree,it infers that the linkage of the three technologies will help improve intensive pond ecological stability and increase feeding efficiency.
