目前,草原生态治理中的资本化运营趋势越来越明显,特别是草原生态补偿机制的广泛实施更为外来资本的进入创造了条件。生态资本化运营趋势有助于使人们认识到草原生态资源的稀缺性,但也会容易割裂生态与社会的有机联系,凸显牧民生计脆弱性,削弱基层社区的公共性,容易引发草原的掠夺式经营。在草原生态资本化运营过程中,要矫正"资本化自然"的认识误区,充分发挥地方政府监管职能、社会资本制衡机制和牧民主体能动作用,有效规避草原生态资本化运营的上述意外后果。

At present, the capitalization trend in grassland management is becoming obvious, especially after the established of grassland ecological compensation mechanism. More and more people are aware of the scarcity of grassland resource, but also separates the links between the eco-organic and the community, makes an adverse impact on grassland ecosystem. During the process of grassland ecological capital operation, we have to rectify the ＂capitalist nature＂ misunderstanding, let the local authority and the social capital to play a protection mechanisms and mediating role, then we can balances the negative effects of grassland ecological capital operation.
