摘要
工匠精神作为职业价值观培育的重要内容,不仅是顺应当前产业升级转型的现实需要,更是未来高等职业教育人才培养目标的重要内容,应该贯穿于职业教育的始终。2016年李克强总理在政府报告中明确提出"培育精益求精的工匠精神",中共中央《关于深化人才发展体制机制改革的意见》中再次明申"中国制造亟需大国工匠"的现代职业教育价值体系,由此拉开了社会经济转型关键期,职业教育在推进应用型人才培养价值观念实践过程中,如何从解读"工匠精神"、践行"工匠精神",将知行合一、敬业乐业、德异并举纳入到人才培育体系中,来全面提升应用型人才培育质量。
