振动频响法变压器绕组状态检测试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 以一台110kV变压器为研究对象,采用变压器振动频响测试系统,对变压器绕组正常与典型故障下的振动频响特性进行了试验研究。本文所提出的方法相对现今变压器绕组故障诊断缺乏有效的检测手段而言,是一个非常有效的补充。根据箱壁上多个测点处的振动频响曲线,分析变压器绕组状态。试验结果进一步验证了变压器绕组振动扫频试验的可重复性。相对于频响分析法,变压器绕组的振动频响曲线能准确检测出变压器绕组的松动与变形故障。 The vibration sweep frequency experiment is made on some 110kV transformer with the vibration frequency response (VFR) test system, where the VFR features of transformer winding under normal condition and typical fault conditions are analyzed. According to the VFR curves of each measured point, the status of transformer windings was analyzed. The repeatability of vibration sweep frequency experiment is verified again. The obtained VFR curves are more sensitive to the looseness and deformation faults of transformer winding compared to the frequency response analysis (FRA) method.
