云南省燃煤电厂环保设备故障分析

Failure Analysis on Environmental Protection Equipment of Coal Burning Power Plants in Yunnan Province

以云南省主要燃煤电厂的环保设备运行以及发生故障的相关数据为基础,考察了环保设备投运对机组运行的影响,同时还分析了环保设备故障对电网的影响。结果表明,环保设备中脱硫设备最易发生导致机组非计划停运的严重故障;脱硝设备则最容易发生造成机组限负荷的故障,这主要是由于脱硝系统对运行温度要求较高造成的。

Based on the data obtained in the investigation into the failures of environmental protection equipment of main coal burning power plants in Yunnan province, the effects of commissioning of environmental protection equipment on the generator sets and the power grids were inspected in this paper. The results showed that the failure of desulfurization equipment is the main factor to induce the unintended off-the -line of the generator sets. The failure of denitration equipment is the main reason to induce the load limit operation of the sets.
