摘要
采用静态水溶液法合成了聚丙烯酸钠超强吸水剂,并将其与通氮驱氧条件下的动态水溶液法合成的产物进行比较,产物吸水性能接近。对所得凝胶的两种干燥方法——直接干燥法和甲醇脱水-低温真空干燥法进行比较,发现采用甲醇脱水-低温真空干燥法处理的超强吸水剂比经直接干燥法处理的产物吸水倍率高近100 g/g。实验发现,聚合形成的块状水凝胶不同部分的吸水倍率不同。反应液高度越大,不同部分之间吸水倍率差别越大,反应液高度为1 cm和2 cm时,产物各部分的吸水倍率差别不大。
A sodium polyacrylate superabsorbent was synthesized by static aqueous solution polymerization method and its absorbency was similar to the superabsorbent synthesized by dynamic aqueous solution polymerization method. Two drying methods were investigated and contrasted. The results showed that the water absorbency of the superabsorbent dried by methanol dehydration - low temperature vacuum method was 100 g/g higher than that of the superabsorbent directly dried in oven. The water absorbency of superabsorbents from different parts of the gel was different. The higher liquid level of reactants was, the larger differences between different parts were. The differences could be avoided when the liquid level of reactants was controlled to 1 and 2 cm.
